Hot off the press...or should I say dryer?! All warm and crinkly. This little baby contains 75 different fabrics from my scrapbag...plus a 76th for the border and binding. It is handquilted...and is for my partner in the 7th round of the Doll Quilt Swap group on Flickr. I hope she likes it! I like it so much I am going to make myself a lap sized version.
Sometime this week I will post information about my give away! Keep checking cause it is gonna be good! :)

I'm anxious to see everyone's quilt in the show. And you know you say that about other quilts...making a lap size out of the pattern...did you get one done for the last time you said that???? I think if was with swap blocks we did on your blog....I haven't made mine....how about you? :) fess up!
Wow, way to use up the scraps!! All of those colors look so great together!
Thanks again for the idea (and the deadline, which helped us actually get ours done!).
Just delightful, I love a profusion of scraps, and soft and crinkly is perfection.
*hugs*

:-)
I did finish the lap size one except for the putting the borders on which I HATE to do....so its in the UFO pile! :)
It's lovely! That's a lucky swap partner you have!!!!!
.... too bad NC wasn't closer to CA - i'd be happy to put that border on. I love everything about putting the border together - maybe it's the sense of nearing completion that I like!!! :)
What a beautiful little quilt -- love those reproduction fabrics and the hand quilting!
Tracy,
I received your wonderful package today! This mini quilt is incredible--I cannot imagine sewing all those tiny blocks together. I envy your hand-quilting skills, your stitches are so even!
The additional treats are wonderful, too. I am looking forward to trying them out. Love, Love, Love the charm pack!
This was my first quilt swap and I am definitely going to do this again.
BTW-- I teach reading to K-4 students. We are on our second week back. I had a great summer with my sewing machine and am having trouble leaving it alone all day! Have a great school year!
Thanks again so much,
Gale C. Lewis
